This is another unforgettable adventure to the top of Panamas highest peak - Volcán Barú (11,398 FASL). This adventure leaves at 3:45AM so guests will arrive that the peak in time for the sunrise. Travel in well equipped, 4X4 vehicles for 2 hours via a very rocky road to the peak of Barú where temperatures can get as low as 0°C/32°F. The top of Barú is one of the only places on earth where you can see two oceans (Pacific and Atlantic). This tour also includes a picnic breakfast while watching the sunrise.

We work with a local outfitter to take our guests to this magical place - it includes some bouldering, sliding down a natural water slide into a stunning and otherworldly canyon. 4.5 kilometers long divided into 12 cables. You will slide through the trees and face an unknown world… a fascinating perspective on life that you never thought would exist for you. This is a tour through a cloud forest of ancient trees, waterfalls, fog and Bajareque. The wildlife among the treetops is immense and varied, and with a little luck it is possible to see monkeys, sloths, birds and the famous quetzal. Boquete is full of incredible trails that wind though the cloud forest, climb to mountain peaks, lead to waterfalls and offer some of the best bird watching in the world. Two of the most popular trails in the area are Pipeline Trail and Lost Waterfalls. Both of these trails are easy to hike self-guided. Lost Waterfalls has incredible flora and you’ll see three different waterfalls (moderate/difficult). Pipeline is though the cloud forest and maybe the best place to spot the famous Resplendent Quetzal bird (in season - easy/moderate. We help our guests plan these hikes with or without a guide.
